Hyundai revealed today on Twitter that the 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT four-door hatchback will start at $19,170 (assuming Hyundai’s tweet left out the $775 destination charge), first seen last February in Chicago.
Hyundai added that the 2013 Elantra GT comes from the 1.8 liter 4-cylinder engine, produces 148 hp and 131 lb-ft of torque. The 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT averages an estimated 28 mpg in the city and 39 mpg on the highway comes with a 6-speed manual or an optional six-speed automatic transmission.
The 2013 Hyundai Elantra GT will come equipped with standard 16-inch alloy wheels, fog lamps, seven airbags, heated seats (presumably the front only) and Hyundai’s Blue Link connectivity system.
