We have previously provided the leaked photo of the 2013 Lexus RX crossover weeks ago. Today it was officially announced at the 2012 Geneva Auto Show.
The 2013 Lexus RX had significantly revised include the new front grille and 19-inch alloy wheels, LED daytime running lights and fog lamp bezels, an optional F Sport package with a unique new front bumper.
Interior changes are limited, but continues on with a bunch of options including a Sport Appearance Package, an optional back-up camera, black chrome trim and additional air intakes, 12-speaker audio system, optional saddle leather upholstery with contrast stitching on the seats.
The 2013 Lexus RX 450h continues on with a 3.5 liter V6 Atkinson-cycle engine that develops 270 hp (201 kW / 274 PS) and 248 lb-ft (336 Nm) of torque, mated to a 6-speed Electronically Controlled Transmission with intelligence (ECT-i). Combined with an electric motors for a total system output of 295-hp and nickel-metal-hydride battery pack. EPA rated fuel-economy for the FWD model comes in at 32/28/30 mpg (city/highway/combined) and 30/28 and 29 mpg for the AWD model.
