2013 Volkswagen CC facelift launch in Southern France

In November last year, German carmakers announced 2013 VW CC facelift redesign. This week, on the occasion of the European press launch of the facelifted CC in Southern France, now the Volkswagen has released more images, videos and in depth details for everyone to enjoy.

The highlights of the improvement has shown a clear way through the images. Both the front and rear fascias were extensively remodelled and get new bi-xenon headlights and redesigned tail lights. In addition, some subtle changes to the interior trim and added new driver assistance systems(include: the Dynamic Light Assist and a camera-based traffic sign detection system).

In Europe, the 2013 Volkswagen CC will be offered with a choice of six engines, all with direct-injection technology and battery regeneration functionality.

  1. The three diesel options have a powerplants with 140PS, 170PS and a BlueTDI version with the 140PS unit.
  2. The three petrol options range from 160 PS (118 kW / 158 hp) up to the high performance 300 PS (220 kW / 296 hp) unit.

Germany and Luxembourg markets are set to receive the first models from next month whilst the American, Russians and Asian markets, and then globally will have to wait until the spring to see it in their showrooms.
