With only an image of the 2013 Cadillac XTS was accidentally published by mistake on Cadillac.com public site earlier today. As we already know the 2013 Cadillac XTS will debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in one week, it was gives us first glimpse about production model 2013 XTS luxury sedan.
Essentially a production version of the Cadillac XTS Platinum concept, a modern full-sized replacement for the outgoing DTS/STS twin bus-sized sedans. As such, the car will feature a luxurious interior and will be the first vehicle from the crested brand to debut the new CUE infotainment system. Featuring a 12.3-inch fully-capacitive touch screen and haptic feedback, the new CUE system is looking like quite a MyLincoln Touch competitor.
We believe it will be powered by a 3.6-liter V6 engine with 318 hp (237 kW / 322 PS) and 275 lb-ft (372 Nm) of torque. Front-wheel drive will be standard but all-wheel drive should be optional.
Stay tuned for more updates as we get closer to the Los Angeles Auto Show opens to the media on November 16.
