Mercedes-Benz unveiled the new ML-Class at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, yet already news of the next set of product is: The 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG will make its debut at the 2011 Los Angeles Auto Show.

We don’t have any further details, but we assume that the new direct-injection V8 will deliver somewhere close to the 525HP and 516 lb-ft / 700Nm in normal guise, and 557HP and 590 lb-ft / 800Nm with the optional AMG Performance package. Of course, there will be a bunch of visual upgrades to go along with the extra boost in performance.

The eight-cylinder unit will be hooked up to the German brand’s seven-speed Speedshift MCT automatic transmission delivering power to all four wheels. If you’re waiting for the full scoop about 2012 Mercedes-Benz ML63 AMG, please wait in showrooms in spring of 2012.
