While not new, but the Honda CR-V is one of the best-selling car segment crossover small and medium-sized. With the styling changes over the 2012 Honda CR-V we saw this summer are restricted to the matte finish of the plastic cladding on the body, the smaller wheels and the clear graphics on the headlamps and tail lamps.
Obviously, Honda will not lose that advantage by the village a new generation CR-V attractive.
The Honda brand has remained tight-lipped about the engines that will be available on the new 2012 Honda CR-V, but it is believed that the North American model will reach U.S. showrooms at the end of November or early December with a more powerful yet at the same time more fuel efficient version of the current 2.4-liter four-cylinder engine, for maximum torque of 170 lb-ft.
However, the engine capacity reduced from 180 down to 175 horsepower at 5,500 revolutions/minute. The reason may be because Honda wanted to improve the ability to save fuel and cut emissions.
