In Frankfurt 2011 exhibition held in mid-September to, Audi will launch a series of new models. Two of them are 2012 Audi S6
Sedan and 2012 Audi S6 Avant. As expected, the two vehicles of brand Audi will start on the market early next year.
Provide power for 2012 Audi S6 Sedan and 2012 Audi S6 Avant is engine block TFSI V8, supercharged, 4.0-liter capacity, production capacity of 420 kW and maximum torque of 550 Nm at 1400-5300 r/minutes. This is the replacement for block V10 engine, 5.2 liter capacity on older versions.
The whole energy is transmitted to the wheels through a dual-clutch seven-level and the 4WD system full time. Thus, 2012 Audi S6 Sedan can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in 4.8 seconds. The number corresponds to the 2012 Audi S6 Avant 4.9 seconds. Both the Audi S6 Sedan and Avant have a maximum speed electronically limited 250 km/h.
